The Nordonia Hills Babysitting Cooperative (Co-op) is an exchange of responsible and reliable childcare service in the Nordonia Hills area that includes the cities of Macedonia, Northfield, Northfield Center and Sagamore Hills, Ohio. In addition to childcare services, the Co-op also provides parents with a community for support and social interaction.

The Co-op is based on a point system with points being "earned" for babysitting, attending meetings, hosting meetings or serving as officer. Attendance at one meeting is required before utilizing childcare services and members should attend at least six meetings per year. This is important so parents can get to know one another and feel comfortable exchanging services.

Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. During the meetings, new members are introduced, babysitting is scheduled, and playgroups and social outings are coordinated.
